Max B. Kabat was born and raised in New York City, but chose to leave the hustle and bustle in search of greener, more wide open pastures. With a deep love for the American West and the great outdoors, Max moved to Colorado in 2006. He completed his Bachelors Degree in Environmental Policy with a specialization on energy efficiency through The University Of Colorado. After graduating, Max worked with a handful of green startups and local grassroots based organizations. He has since been an established member of the local community through active leadership in musical and volunteer events; you can even catch him running a booth at the Boulder Farmers Markets on Saturdays. As an accomplished guitarist and musician, Max has had the opportunity travel the country but is always happy to return to Boulder and call it home. Max’s love for the Colorado landscape transfers directly into his passion for real estate. Having lived in Boulder for ten years, Max has developed an acute sense for trends within the Boulder market. Max currently resides in the Sugarloaf community, but specializes in properties ranging from breathtaking mountain abodes with views, to quiet, in town condos.
